Miami Spice Continues to Sizzle in September With New Menu Offerings

Miami Spice is a mouth-watering restaurant promotion showcasing the very best of Miami cuisine.

During August 1 – September 30, restaurants offer three-course meals featuring signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs at reduced prices: Lunch $23 and Dinner $39.

As the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau’s annual Miami Spice Program enters its second exciting month, many of South Florida’s top dining destinations have chosen to mix it up with new menus designed to showcase their specialties.  Miami Spice kicked off in August with dining deals that include lunch priced at $23 per person and dinner priced at $39 per person.  Miami Spice Month At KLIMA Restaurant & Bar

The newly opened KLIMA Restaurant and Bar – a culinary concept inspired by contemporary gastronomy from Barcelona – is proud to make its debut participation in Miami Spice Month, with a menu that will showcase the restaurant’s very best in Catalonian-style Western Mediterranean cuisine courtesy of Executive Chef David “Rusti” Rustarazo.

Chef Rusti tempts local food enthusiasts with a set menu that presents some of his favorite creations, demonstrating why KLIMA Restaurant and Bar has become one of the most admired restaurants in the city. KLIMA’s Miami Spice Program for 2015 will consist of a $39 pre-fix dinner menu available from Monday to Friday starting in August and lasting until September 30th.  The menu will rotate with alternative favorites at KLIMA that will be added to the Miami Spice Menu throughout August and September, allowing plenty of opportunities for local and visiting guests to enjoy the restaurant throughout the duration of Miami Spice.

Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of delicacies on the menu for dinner that includes: Salmorejo or Fennel Carpaccio with Burrata, Kalamata and dried tomato as a choice of appetizers.  The entrée dish will be the Veal Stuffed Paccheri, Porto and Parmesan.  The dessert for Miami Spice will be the restaurant’s signature Passion Fruit, coco and mint slush.

The Miami Spice Dinner Menu at KLIMA Restaurant and Bar will be available from August 1st to September 30th, between 6:00 pm and 12:30am Monday through Friday at a price of $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a three-course pre-fix menu.  A special selection of wines by the bottle or by the glass will also be available at the regular menu price.

The Traymore Restaurant and Bar at Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, is proud to make its annual participation in Miami Spice Month, with menus that showcase the restaurant’s very best in seafood fare by Executive Chef Jonathan Lane.

Following the inaugural participation by The Traymore last year, Chef Lane is tempting locals once again with an array of the restaurant’s most creative dishes, demonstrating why it has become the most admired seafood restaurants in the city. The Traymore’s Miami Spice Program for 2015 will consist of two pre-fix menu offerings, one for lunch and one for dinner – rotating every two weeks during the months of August and September. This will allow plenty of opportunities for local and visiting guests to enjoy the restaurant throughout the duration of Miami Spice, starting August 1st through September 30th. Voted one of the top three restaurants in Miami Beach by Trip Advisor, the Traymore continues to set the standard for sophisticated and approachable dining in South Florida.

Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of delicacies on the menu for lunch that includes: Tuscan Kale, Shaved Artichoke, Manchego Cheese and Shallot Vinaigrette or “Miguel’s” Peruvian Ceviche or Florida Seafood Minestrone, as the choice of appetizers; followed by Pan Roasted Skate Wing or Open Faced Seafood Lasagna or Vegetarian Pad Thai, as the choice of entrees. The dessert on the lunch menu is Nougat Glace with Strawberry Coulis.

On the dinner menu is Garden Beets, Whipped Avocado & Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans or Cauliflower Tartare or Florida Seafood Minestrone as a choice of appetizers. Entrée choices include Parmesan Crusted Flounder or Cast Iron Seared Bavette or Campari Tomato Risotto. Dessert will be a special Opera Cake with coffee cream.

The Miami Spice Lunch menu will be available each week Monday through Sunday between 12 Noon and 3:00pm at a price of $22 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a 3 course pre-fix menu.

The Miami Spice Dinner Menu will be available each week between 6:00 pm and 11:00pm Sunday through Thursday, and 6:00pm to 12 midnight on Friday and Saturday at a price of $39 per person (excluding tax and gratuity) for a 3 course pre-fix menu.
